Privacy Policy

When you use MysticPath or the AstroVastu Life Vision app, we may collect:

• Name and email address (when you sign in with Google)
• Date, time and place of birth (to generate your Kundli — stored locally on your device or in your account)
• Device location (for accurate Panchang timings and Vastu compass direction — only when you grant permission)
• Device camera access (for property direction capture in the Vastu feature — only when you grant permission)
• Usage analytics (anonymised, to improve the app)

• To generate your personalised Kundli, Panchang and compatibility reports
• To save your birth profiles and reports to your account
• To send auspicious timing notifications (only if you enable them)
• To improve app features and fix bugs via anonymised analytics
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party

Your account data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Birth data entered without signing in is stored only on your local device.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
• Google Analytics for Firebase — anonymised usage analytics
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase management (no payment data stored by us)

The AstroVastu app requests the following device permissions:

• Location — for accurate Panchang timings and Vastu compass. Never used in the background.
• Camera — to capture your property entrance direction for Vastu analysis only.
• Photos/Storage — to save property capture photos to your gallery.
• Motion Sensors — for the Vastu compass direction sensor.

All permissions are optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

MysticPath is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of MysticPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
